The Shelly BLU Door Window is a compact Bluetooth smart sensor designed to detect when doors or windows are opened or closed. Using low-power Bluetooth communication, the sensor instantly reports status changes to compatible Shelly devices, enabling smart security monitoring and home automation scenarios.

The device consists of a sensor unit and a magnetic contact that detects movement when the door or window opens. In addition to open/close detection, the sensor can also measure the tilt angle of a window and ambient light levels, allowing more advanced automation scenarios.

Powered by a long-life coin-cell battery, the Shelly BLU Door Window offers up to five years of battery life while maintaining a fast response time of less than 100 ms.

Available in black and white finishes, the sensor blends seamlessly into modern interiors and can be installed on doors, windows, gates, cabinets, or garage doors to enhance smart security and automation systems.
